QUESTIONNAIRE FOR A COMPLETE AUDIT OF THE FRANCHISE NETWORK
Carré d'artistes each franchisee was contacted by the research organization and given a 50-question questionnaire. The list of topics takes a comprehensive approach based on six key points:
- The launch: What happens after the contract is signed? Everyday concepts, including the franchisee's freedom of action vis-à-vis the franchisor.
- Brand Support: What support does the franchisor provide to the franchisee?
- Network Facilitator: What added value does the franchisor bring to the franchisee's activities and development?
- Profiles of franchisees: What backgrounds do they come from? What is their relationship to entrepreneurship?
- Financial records: What are the financial realities associated with using the concepts? Do the projections match the actual activity?
The survey was carried out completely anonymously, allowing each franchisee to express his or her feelings in an honest and transparent way. The main objective is to find concrete ways to support the franchisees as best as possible.
