Malynovska Iryna | Contemporary Artist: Artworks & Biography

  • Malynovska Iryna | Contemporary Artist: Artworks & Biography
Malynovska Iryna
"Art is the voice of the soul, an open window to the deepest emotions."
I was born in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, and trained with Ukrainian masters, developing a personal artistic style that fuses abstraction and expressionism. My work is distinguished by a bold use of color and a deep exploration of texture. I use mixed media to create complex surfaces that bring a tactile dimension to my works, evoking an almost palpable energy.
Iryna Malynovska draws her inspiration from nature, Ukrainian culture and human emotions. Working exclusively in oils, she uses the glazing technique to superimpose transparent layers, creating exceptional depth and luminosity. Her works, often imbued with floral and organic motifs, are influenced by artists such as Ivan Aivazovsky and Maria Prymachenko. Iryna explores the relationship between light and shadow to evoke feelings of joy, nostalgia and contemplation, offering an invitation to connect deeply with life and the world around us.
