Cédanne
Cédanne France
Passionate about painting, Cédanne spent his youth studying art history. The Impressionist period was very revealing for him. At first, he signed his paintings CHRISDAN (after his first name Christian and his wife Danielle). His painting evolved, and he later signed his paintings CÈDANNE. He exhibited extensively in numerous Paris salons and galleries, and as his reputation grew, he was asked to exhibit abroad, notably in Italy, the United States and Canada. Several of his works were sold at public auction in France and abroad.
