The real music is silence and all the notes only frame this silence.
Bruno NAHON fell in love with drawing as a child. He spent his school years experimenting and honing his ideas through art so it was only natural for him to go into the world of graphic design and marketing. He spent years working as a graphic designer for countless projects and big brands. But Bruno never forgot his first love: drawing. His sketches and illustrations led him to painting. The self-taught artist took evening classes to perfect his skills and focused on painting in 2013. With successful pieces and encouragement from friends and family, Bruno NAHON turned his hobby into a career.
Bruno NAHON draws inspiration from the likes of Monet, Turner and Zao Wou-Ki and mainly works with acrylic on unprimed linen or cotton canvases. His beloved childhood nature, roots and earth inspire his art. He strives to capture nature at its most unspoilt, pure, misshapen, changing and fabulous in his pieces. Bruno NAHON chooses his canvas and medium with care to showcase nature's beauty, forms, subtleties and power. The artist plays with colour, light and contrast to take audiences deep into the oceans and rivers to highlight the nature we destroy a little more every day.\n
