CARRÉ D'ARTISTES : A SUCCESSFUL ANNUAL CONVENTION




A must-attend event for any franchise network, and even for contemporary art galleries, the annual Carré d'artistes convention was held on September 22 and 23 in Aix-en-Provence. As every year, it was a privileged and instructive moment for which artists, franchisees and gallery owners were present.

 

BETWEEN STRATEGY, PLEASURE AND EMOTIONS


The annual meeting of Carré d'artistes took place in Aix-en-Provence, where the very first gallery of the network opened its doors in 2001. Since then, the gallery has become an integral part of the city's commercial and cultural landscape.

 

A UNIFYING MOMENT

 

Held over two days, the event was both a facilitator in terms of communication for the head of the network, but also participative for the franchisees.

The program included workshops focused on the relationship between contemporary artists, franchisees and gallery owners. The goal? To address practical issues in order to find sources of optimization and adjustment. From order management to merchandising, from franchise openings to omnichannel management, the discussions were relevant.

The second workshop was dedicated to sales and marketing activities, introducing new ideas for customer loyalty to be implemented from 2023. The meeting was also the occasion for a relaxing evening at the Hôtel de Caumont, with the opportunity for artists and franchisees to meet each other for some and to get together for others; always in a relaxed way.

Recognizing their role as ambassadors to customers, Carré d'artistes took the opportunity to organize an award ceremony for franchisees and gallery owners, including the best client converter in galleries or the most successful opening of the year.

FINISH THE YEAR IN STYLE... FOR A PERFECT START IN 2023

 

Started by a top-down presentation for its partners, Carré d'artistes has, during this convention, articulated its development ambitions. But the company also insisted on the objectives of the holiday season, a real challenge for the whole network.

Between laughter, sharing and strategic exchanges, the convention was once again a strong and unifying moment for the franchisees of the network, animated by a lively speech of Stephanie Tosi, President of the company.

For Carré d'artistes, next year's conference will undoubtedly bring together many other franchisees who will fully play their role as ambassadors of the concept at the heart of its development strategy worldwide. All are intimately convinced of the concept: to make art accessible to all by offering unique works throughout the world.
