Donomiq is an artist from Lyon. Painting has always been part of his life. At an early age, he felt a particular affinity with all forms of art when he was just 14/15 years old. Whether it be in front of a painting, in a theatre or cinema, he always felt peaceful as he admired the artists' work and let his imagination wander! After years working in the sports industry in roles including a speaker for Lyon football club (1998-2015), he has now devoted his career to art. Art has always been in Donomiq's soul and he's been painting for over 30 years.\n

Donomiq works on series and is inspired by the likes of Basquiat, Dali, Miro, Picasso, Kandinsky, Pollock and Tàpies. The artist uses countless different techniques to create spontaneous and original pieces. He draws inspiration from his childhood memories, city vibes, bright colours, street art, humour, love and fantasy. The artist chooses a theme for every series of canvases. But his goal is always the same: take audiences on a journey through a world of emotions, make them laugh, share his passion and make his mark with his signature love for life and fantasy.
