Painting is not about copying nature, it's about learning to work like nature - Pablo Picasso
Seb is a contemporary artist with a passion for art history, particularly painting and sculpture. Born in 1970, he attended applied arts schools and was inspired by creative movements such as figuration libre and graffiti. His work explores natural elements and narratives relating to the creation of the world. Based in Paris, he collaborates with renowned artists and continues to innovate, fusing diverse techniques and materials to create unique and striking works.
Seb's inspirations are deeply rooted in the natural wonders that surround us. He feeds off the diversity he discovers in natural environments and strives to translate this richness into his work. Passionate about free figuration and graffiti, his influences range from Pablo Picasso to Jean-Michel Basquiat. Seb works in a variety of media, using acrylics, spray cans, inks and even coffee. Since 2016, he has been creating hybrid civilizations, the "HUMANATURA", symbolizing a marriage between human and nature. This work, imbued with color and messages, is an ode to life and nature. Seb's works are dynamic, evolving pieces that invite the viewer to deep contemplation and ongoing discovery.
