WHAT DID CARRÉ D’ARTISTES CHANGE FOR YOU, REGARDING YOUR CAREER AS AN ARTIST?
Carré d’artistes enables my art to be known in France and abroad, thanks to the website and the gallery network. Because of them, my dream of exposing in New York came true.
Teams and galleries advise us, guide us, enhance us and give us more confidence; the kind of trust that allows artists to outdo themselves and go further in their work. Very often, I’m offered new challenges.
Working with such a network made me understand and realize that if we believe in something, everything is possible.
I sincerely think that Carré d’artistes is able to promote my work and make it truly shine through numerous galleries.

Portrait of Virginie Schroeder
It has been more than twelve years now that Virginie Schroeder has continued down her path as an artist, after deciding to leave her temp job.
In 2009, she reinvented herself again by moving to Canada and it is in Montreal that she took part in her first exhibitions, naturally finding a place for herself in the bubbling cultural and artistic life of the city.
After a period in which her style leaned towards Pop Art, she developed more personal techniques, born out of the synthesis of her experience with the figurative and her fascination with the abstract.
